Returns
In order to return the purchased goods, the Customer should inform the Seller about their desire to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receiving them (please do not wait for an answer, we will contact you as soon as we receive the returned goods). A sample withdrawal form can be found here. The statement can be sent, for example, via e-mail to office@mlecollection.com, with "Return” in the subject field.
Then, within 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract of sale, the Customer is obliged to send back the purchased goods to the following address:

A refund will be provided within 14 calendar days from the date the Seller receives the returned goods.
Complaints
The Customer can inform the Seller about their desire to file a complaint in any form, for example, via e-mail by sending a statement to office@mlecollection.com, with “Complaint” in the subject field. A sample complaint form can be found here.
The claimed goods, along with the printed complaint form, should be sent to the following address:

The complaint will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of submitting the complaint. The customer will be informed on the decision concerning the complaint via e-mail.
The product reservation time has come to an end.
